Family Support
Our Family Support Team is an experienced, friendly, professional and confidential team. We can arrange to visit you in your home, at the Centre or a venue of your choice. There are many ways we can offer you, your children and family support.
We can help you with:

Routines e.g. feeding, sleeping, toilet training

Toy and Book Library

Support at meetings and help with transport or childcare

Child development
(ages and stages) -
Emotional/Behaviour issues

Play activities
-
Help to liaise with other agencies

Financial help
-
Healthy eating

Help with benefits, filling in forms, or letters

Recommend family learning courses

Signposting to other organisations
Activity and support groups run by Family Support workers
include: Oak MeadowTots, Titchfield Tots, Abshot, St John's Tots (at St John's Centre, Locks Heath), PACT (Parents and Children
Together), Young
Parents Club, Domestic
Abuse Support Group and Chat and Play.
