Course Application

You can apply for a Family Learning Course, by downloading an application form, print it out, complete it, and return it to the Centre. If you would like to apply for more than one course, please print a separate copy of the form for each one.

You can email us with your details and the name and dates of the course you would like to attend, please click 'email us'
